COVID-19 Update – Office Remains Open
The Ontario provincial government has issued a state of emergency and shut down of all non-essential services. According to the government, as of now we remain an essential service and as such our office will remain open to the public between 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
We ask that you please use our office only for essential services. If you feel it is necessary to come into the office, please reach out to us first by telephone (613-271-3772) to let us know.
We are operating under a reduced staff, with the remainder working from home, and have taken measures to comply with all the health and safety recommendations from public health authorities at this time. Our team will continue to operate primarily by means of email, telephone or virtual meetings, where appropriate.
We will remain in frequent contact with you as the situation changes. Please also keep a close eye on our website (www.pbfraser.com) for further updates on our office, the markets and anything else that might be pertinent.
Our isolated and sanitized front vestibule has been equipped to continue to handle document pick up/ drop off, of any signature pages or income tax filings. Allowing you to do so in a safe and friendly manner without any direct contact to maintain social distancing practices.
A couple of you have mentioned that you have friends and family members who are very anxious with everything going on and looking for counsel. While our tools might be limited, we remain here to help and appreciate being able to provide comfort during this time. Please feel free to continue to make introductions as you see appropriate.
